The Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Management who will make a meaningful impact by advancing our global talent framework, including talent development and performance management while driving the alignment and evolution of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, engage, and retain high performing talent and strengthen QuidelOrtho’s reputation as an employer of choice. This person will lead and transform global talent management processes by designing and implementing key pillars such as individual growth planning, goal setting, talent reviews and succession planning.
