The Special Security Services Team encompasses Anduril's Crisis Management, Threat Intelligence, Investigations, Travel Security, GSOC and Executive Protection Divisions. ABOUT THE JOB
Anduril Industries is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Protection Operations Lead to join our EP Program. This role reports directly to the Executive Protection Operations Manager and combines traditional executive protection duties with administrative support and logistics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Close Protection: Provide close protection and other security-related functions for executives during domestic and international assignments.
- Driving and Transportation Support: Provide secure transportation for C-suite executives ensuring their safety, security, and comfort during travel.
- Security Advances: Conduct security advances, produce site surveys and security assessments, lead domestic and international advance teams, and make security recommendations to manage an optimize risk.
- Operations: Participate in mission planning, threat assessments, and event planning to ensure access control, asset protection, confidentiality, and other security matters are adequately addressed through a written plan accepted by stakeholders.
- Communication: Maintain timely and effective communication with the Operations Manager, executive staff, and other team members to coordinate security efforts. Recommend and implement security measures to enhance security for your areas of focus, our facilities, operations, and people.
- Documentation and Data Collection: Prepare reports, produce deliverables, and track and record security resource allocation for the executive protection team. Track service data related to executive protection activities to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
- Operational Equipment: Ensure vehicles are clean and operating within all safety and maintenance guidelines. Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment and promptly identify and escalate deficiencies/failures. Issue, track, and maintain executive protection travel kits and other tactical equipment and consumables.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience leading executive protection and/or protective security operations, with a strong understanding of protective security principles and risk management.
- Excellent data tracking and management skills, with proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with executive staff and managing service and support requests.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with concierge-level customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including travel as required.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Frequent sitting, standing and/or walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. On occasion, may be required to perform stressful and physical activity.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Multi-National Protective Services experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenan
