Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
In this role, a Senior Project Manager will work closely with management of the Business unit and other internal and external stakeholders such as the regional executive management board, other Bosch business development departments, central and regional departments (e. g. marketing, engineering, controlling).
- Long-term strategic planning – Contributing to the strategy development process for CG-NA in alignment with management and with support of other departments
- Contribute to the development and execution of overall business development strategies
- Leading cross-functional strategic projects
- Support the heads of department, management of CG-NA in strategic projects, e.g. growth initiatives
- Business Field Analysis – Conduct analysis and assessment of new and existing business fields which are of relevance for Commercial Goods North America
- Preparing top management presentations
- Track and analyze business development performance metrics to measure success
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
- Mergers & Acquisition – Responsible to analyze and recommend merger and acquisition targets as well as potential partnerships with other companies;
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor’s Degree, business administration, economics, marketing or engineering, Master’s degree Preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of international experience in strategy, product management, marketing or sales
- Proficient MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Good organization skills, flexibility and resilience
- Goal oriented, analytical & structured way of working
- Excellent conceptual skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills; Spanish beneficial
