Preschool Teacher -- Trumbull County Board of DD

The Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities has an opening for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond for a TEACHER in its Fairhaven preschool program. 

POSITION:

• Preschool Teacher

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideal candidates must have a valid Ohio Early Childhood Intervention Specialist (ECIS) license or other Ohio licensure qualifying the individual to provide preschool special education services.
• A dual licensure in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Intervention Specialist is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing instruction to students with developmental disabilities in approved or adapted curriculum areas.
• Developing and implementing daily lesson plans consistent with students' Individual Education Plans and the general education curriculum guidelines.
• Maintaining classrooms conducive to learning.
• Conducting conferences with parents/guardians or other personnel.
