Job Summary

Reporting to the SVP of Production, you as a Senior Producer are responsible for managing all aspects of video production assigned to them, including concept development, pre-production, production, and post-production.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute video content that aligns with the channel's brand and audience.
• Manage pre-production activities, including content ideation, pitching guests, researching, and scheduling.
• Work with the host of the show in order to accurately execute their ultimate vision for the channel. 
• Oversee all aspects of physical production, including shoots, edits, and post-production.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure videos are delivered and released on time and in line with Production SOPs and budgets.
• Continuously evaluate, and optimize, and obsess over the channel's performance, audience engagement, and revenue potential.
• Constantly deep-diving into YouTube analytics in order to guide decisions.
• Work with the host, marketing, and creative team to develop and execute on new innovative concepts for YouTube videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective distribution strategies.
• Work with outside vendors, studios, and production houses for location shoots.
• Understanding and constantly assessing the competitive landscape. 

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Work closely with editors by providing clear, concise notes on all deliverables.
• Oversee and manage any Producer assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience required in YouTube. Both the front and backend. This is a MUST.
• 3+ years experience required in Podcasting
• Willing to travel for shoots as needed, a valid passport is a must.
• Ability to work at the HQ office, 5 days a week, in West Hollywood, CA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Proficient with Frame.io, Rev, Simon Says software
• Understanding of best editing practices, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
• Strong creative vision and abilities
