As a Regional Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading state initiatives in an identified number of predetermined states

  • Implementing strategic plans in assigned states, including organizing and leading meetings, coordinating internal resources or external consultants as needed, and managing healthcare community stakeholders

  • Contributing to annual initiative targets for the states, as well as development of multi-year strategic plans

  • Supporting team goals to develop KOLs, success stories, and a broader quality/value coalition to support state adoptions

  • Providing and coordinating subject matter expertise via consultation and stakeholder education to support state adoption, including HIS methodologies, prospective payment, performance reporting, outcomes-based value-based-payment, and more

  • Engaging actively across the business to ensure current expert-level knowledge of HIS methodologies

  • Maintaining current and prospective State policy trend awareness and learning more about customer needs to contribute to commercialization efforts

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and Five (5) years of experience in working with State Medicaid Programs or corresponding agency, vendor, or state Medicaid consulting organization

  • Three (3) years of experience at engaging high-level decision-makers within government and/or provider and payer organizations

  • One (1) year experience working with state or commercial contracting or related activities

  • Experience working with elected officials, staff, and agencies in the states on complex healthcare policies

  • Ability to travel 30% domestically

Work location/time:

  • Remote
