Ecommerce Publishing Assistant (ZR_20208_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible during client business hours, Minneapolis, MN (Central Time)

• 9 AM - 5 PM Minneapolis, MN (Central Time) | 10 AM - 6 PM Colombia Time
  
• 9 AM - 5 PM Minneapolis, MN (Central Time) | 11 PM - 7 AM Manila Time
  

Number of paid working hours per week: 20 hours per week

Client Overview:

This growing baby store retailer needs help expanding its e-commerce presence by publishing products from its point-of-sale system to the Shopify online store. You'll be working with a passionate small business owner to help drive online sales.

Responsibilities:

• Create new products in the Lightspeed point-of-sale system
  
• Add product details like size tags, descriptions, and UPCs in Lightspeed
  
• Publish products from Lightspeed to the Shopify online store
  
• Enrich product data in Shopify, such as adding color tags, style tags, and brand value tags
  
• Upload product images to Shopify and remove backgrounds as needed using Canva
  

Requirements:

• Passion for eCommerce and some experience with product data
  
• Proficiency with Shopify
  
• Experience using Lightspeed is a huge plus!
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
  
• Comfortable asking clarifying questions and eager to learn
  
• Basic skills with image editing tools like Canva
  
• Availability that overlaps with US Central Time Zone
