Your mission

• Management and monitoring of the global customer onboarding process

• Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention rates

• Collaborate with regional team leaders to ensure standardized onboarding procedures

• Analyze onboarding data and metrics for continuous improvement 

Your profile

• Experience in customer service or onboarding

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to convey technical information in an understandable way

• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team

• Excellent language skills (spoken and written) in Dutch and English
