Description
ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks and its joint venture partner, Delaco Steel (Diez Group), is the world’s leading supplier of laser welded blanks for the automotive and metal fabricating industries. We are seeking a Laser Process Shift Lead or Junior Lead that are team players; have a strong work ethic, responsible for process operations, start up, shutdown and changeovers. Assist with process troubleshooting and machine maintenance as needed.
Position awarded dependent on experience. Bonus Eligible 0-20% of Base Pay.
Requirements
Responsible for accurate production documentation and weld quality of the parts produced. Ability to pass a weld recognition assessment after training requirements are completed. Must have the ability to obtain a forklift operator license. This is a full time position. A High school diploma or GED; six months to a year of related experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
