As a QC Laboratory Supervisor - Bishop, TX, you create chemistry by...

 

• Providing direct supervision to the Quality Control laboratory staff to ensure their safety and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensuring compliance with data integrity and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) Q7 requirements as they relate to Quality Control.
• Fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement to maximize the employee experience.
• Developing a replacement / repair strategy for laboratory instrumentation to ensure reliability.
• Assisting with customer and regulatory body audits/inspections.

If you...

 

• Have a bachelor's degree in chemistry with an emphasis on analytical chemistry or a related field.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience working in regulated environments (Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015, etc.).
• Possess experience in supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting data collected from High Pressure Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, laser diffraction, and other analytical techniques.
