Your working environment:
On the eastern border of Mississippi you’ll find Columbus, home to our Helicopter manufacturing and assembly lines and Center of Excellence for the entire North America region. It’s here that we produce the UH-72A Lakota Helicopters for the U.S. Army in addition to the H-125 aircraft for civil and commercial customers.

Your challenges:
General Office Administration: 60%
Process invoices and purchase requests in a timely manner.
Monitor operational budget spending and cost allocations through detailed reporting to management.
Maintain departmental documents and records as the administrator.
Order, maintain, and issue office supplies for production personnel.
Screen incoming calls.
Coordinate with other departments and outside vendors.
Manages calendars and assist with appointments
Assist with special events when needed.
Update and monitor headcount reports and organizational charts.
Schedule and monitor use of conference rooms.
Travel Administration: 30%
Arranging detailed travel for multiple individuals within the department.(domestic and international)
Processing travel claims and assists with travel issues.
Manage calendars and assist with appointments
Assist with special events including deliveries, town halls and weekend events
Reporting: 10%
Compiles information to produce reports when needed.
Assist in preparation of operational budgets.
Creates presentations.
Coordinates administrative activities with Executive Admin Assistant when necessary
