You’ll report to <b>Sorin Iovu </b>(Cluster Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside dedicated, proactive and value-oriented teammates.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>This job is part of the Alstom Global Supply Chain organization, within the Global Transportation team located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As part of the Global Transportation, you contribute to drive cost reduction, efficiency and sustainability in transportation management via value-added tools, processes. Within our team, you’ll be in charge of managing several projects &amp; initiatives related to goods transportation.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>We’ll look to you for: </span></span></p> <p><span><span>Support deployment of Transportation transformation roadmap</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o Be the Project Manager of transverse / cross functional initiatives</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Lead project, coordinate effectively cross-functional project team, address roadblocks through risk mitigation and contingency planning, ensure strict adherence to timeline and communicate duly on progress</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o Support project team on methodology, process and systems</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o Contribute to other team member’s projects</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Transportation Continuous Improvement</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o Actively support the identification of new opportunities and the assessment of related business cases to fill in Global Transportation Transformation initiatives pipeline.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o For the initiatives under your supervision, ensure suggestion tracking and progress (suggestion tracker update, data accuracy, milestones completion, financial savings, adherence to timing)</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o Provide support to all the other initiative owners to ensure project completion (adherence to timeline, savings, risk mitigation)</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Build &amp; Strengthen Transportation Network</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o Share Sites feedback &amp; expectations</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o Contribute to Transportation network animation</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Ensure clear, consistent &amp; regular communication on initiatives &amp; value captured</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o Contribute to Communication plan (news, video, projects highlight etc.)</span></span></p> <p><span><span>o Ensure Global Transportation Communication SharePoint coherency, update &amp; accuracy</span></span></p> <p><span><span>Ensure Performance consistency within Global Transportation</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>All about you</b></span></span></p> <p><span><span>We value passion and attitude over experience.
