About the role

Position Summary:

 

Under the general direction of VP, Marketing, this position oversees a body of work designed to support the membership growth and retention goals for the company’s medical groups. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for effectively developing and executing well organized work plans that meet business objectives and deliverable deadlines and manage multiple priorities while fostering an environment of collaboration and coordination. Responsible for evaluating, coordinating and executing activities related to communications projects and processes, executes contracts and manages vendor relationships.

 

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 

  1. Serves as project leader for large-scale, executive-sponsored, cross-functional initiatives that drive membership growth and retention, brand awareness, operational efficiency, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
  2. Supports the VP, Marketing in the development and execution of strategic plans, initiatives, and objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Develops and implements processes, tools, databases, protocols, and operational workflows that improve departmental efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  4. Designs, develops, and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, lead generation, digital engagement, operational KPIs, and business outcomes; ensures data integrity and actionable insights.
  5. Analyzes website, digital marketing, social media, email, and lead generation performance data; provides executive-level reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  6. Leads the planning, governance, execution, and monitoring of complex marketing and corporate initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and successful project delivery.
  7. Develops, coordinates, and maintains marketing content, presentations, collateral, and communications materials across multiple channels and audiences.
  8. Partners with internal clients and business leaders to develop and execute provider growth, retention, member engagement, and community outreach initiatives.
  9. Creates and manages comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for large-scale member, community, broker, and corporate events, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  10. Coordinates executive-level meetings, communications, presentations, and related materials; documents, maintains, and distributes meeting outcomes and action items in accordance with organizational standards.
  11. Provides strategic marketing consultation and project leadership to departments seeking to promote services, programs, and organizational initiatives.
  12. Collaborates with production, creative, digital, and external vendor partners to ensure timely development, delivery, and quality control of marketing materials and campaigns.
  13. Supports public relations, community engagement, and brand awareness efforts through participation in key organizational and community events.
  14. Represents the Marketing department in cross-functional meetings, committees, and organizational workgroups, providing subject matter expertise and strategic input. Oversees website content and functionality, supports social media initiatives, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement through analytics and performance monitoring.
  15. Utilizes project management, CRM, marketing automation, and reporting platforms to manage workflows, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $35.00[hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

 

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
