Job Summary

PSEG is looking for an Intern for the Survey Engineering Department

This job involves working as an intern in the Survey Department which provided professional land surveying services to PSEG LI

This position will be Hybrid.

Job Responsibilities

Assignments will include working alongside professionals in the following areas:

  • Provide Surveying and Mapping Services for construction/upgrade of electric substations and related facilities.
  • Provide Surveying and Mapping services for construction/upgrade of overhead and underground related facilities.
  • Provide Surveying and Mapping Services for capital projects in support of the T&D System.

Job Specific Qualifications

Required Education/Skills:

The successful candidate(s) must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Civil Engineering or Surveying. PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent. Candidates must have completed freshman level course work for consideration.  

Because this position will require traveling to various PSEG locations, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required.
