Accounting Intern

Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team! This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in accounting while contributing to meaningful projects. 

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, along with recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Working with accounting software.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Learning how to work as part of the accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company and its members.
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be a current undergraduate actively working towards a bachelor’s degree.
• A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
• Intermediate level of excel skills, including use of vlookups or xlookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• A team player 
• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges.
