Engagement Manager - Business Applications

This role sits at the intersection of consultative sales, business transformation, and Microsoft cloud solutions, focusing on driving new customer acquisition across the European market. The position plays a key role in helping organizations modernize their operations through Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will engage senior decision-makers, understand complex business needs, and translate them into tailored solution proposals that deliver measurable value. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through to contract closure.
