WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• You will recruit for entry and mid-level positions for our branches throughout North America while executing and maintaining recruitment processes in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations; includes evaluating and recommending quality candidates to branch leadership through phone screens and virtual interviews 
• You build relationships with branch leadership through continuous communication to achieve staffing service level requirements 
• You participate in forecasting staffing needs with Area Director and branch management to meet staffing levels 
• You develop and use talent pipelines through alternative recruitment sources to promote recruitment efficiency 
• You perform as a talent advisor to branch leadership by participating in recruitment strategies, providing guidance, and candidate market conditions to hiring managers 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 3+ years of high-volume staffing/recruiting experience; national, multi-unit recruiting experience within the Travel, Hospitality, or Consumer Services industries a plus
• Education You have a Bachelor’s degree
• Technical Proficiency You have experience adhering to recruitment metrics and achieving performance level expectations through KPIs and have sound computer skills proficiency using Microsoft office products (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Soft Skills You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory
