What will your role look like?
As a Communications Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our communications efforts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications, public relations, and social media management. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist in developing and executing communication and public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote Eticas' mission.
- Support the writing, layout, and publication of press releases and blog posts.
- Assist in creating, designing, and publishing articles and campaign materials on the website.
- Map and maintain a comprehensive database of journalists and media contacts.
- Assist with press campaigns by sending emails and coordinating efforts with the team.
- Participate in media planning, idea conceptualization, and budgeting for communications campaigns.
- Manage the corporate email to ensure inbound communications are directed to the appropriate team member promptly.
Requirements
Must-haves
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Completed or in-progress degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and disciplined.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative on projects.
- Alignment with the organization's mission and values.
