As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Your role will play a crucial part in the ongoing development and enhancement of our reporting systems. If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and finance, we’d love to hear from you!<p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What you'll be doing</b></p><h2>The Financial Reporting Analyst is a seasoned expert, responsible for gathering data and preparing documents and/or reports required by the company, government, and regulatory agencies. </h2><h2>This role prepares cash flow statements, earning release calculations and all equity related disclosures.</h2><p></p><p><span><b><u>Responsibilities</u></b></span></p><p><b>Manage Budgeting and Forecasting</b>: Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, GAP analyses.</p><p><b>Financial Reporting</b>: Meeting with group dictated closing and forecasting deadlines. Working closely with other departments to understand the main drivers of our result. Drive monthly Business unit review meetings.</p><p><b>People management</b>: Taking care of one junior controller daily responsibilites and professional developments</p><p><b>Regulatory Compliance</b>: Taking part of the yearly audit process (group and local as well)</p><p><b>Internal Controls</b>: Develop and document business processes and policies to strengthen internal controls.</p><p><b>Quality Control</b>: Maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting.</p><p><b>Support executive management</b></p><p><b>Improvements: </b>Taking care of process and reporting tool improvements to serve our business needs</p><p></p><p><span><b><u>Requirements</u></b></span></p><p><b>Proven Experience</b>: At least 5 years of working experience as a Financial Controller. IT Industry is a plus but not necessery.</p><p><b>Education</b>: A degree in Finance is must.</p><p><b>Accounting Knowledge</b>: Thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures.</p><p><b>Controlling Knowledge</b>: Yearly budget and monthly forecast.
