Job Description

Our team is focused on accelerating the adoption and strategic use of M365 Copilot and core M365 tools across U.S. Bank. We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with a strong foundation in AI (personal or professional) and Microsoft 365 applications who can partner with business lines to identify opportunities, develop use cases, and drive measurable value through intelligent automation and AI integration.

This role will focus on enabling success—by helping business units understand how to leverage M365 Copilot capabilities, develop key use cases, and implement Copilot agents that align with their goals. You’ll play a key role in shaping our strategy, supporting data source integration, and guiding the development of impactful business scenarios.

Technical Product Managers at U.S. Bank oversee the strategic product management for an assigned technical product line(s) in support of the Enterprise organization’s goals and market needs. Engages with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features; ensures delivery of marketable capabilities for all U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business lines to identify high value use cases for M365 Copilot.
  • Provide strategic guidance on agent design, prompt engineering, and data source alignment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Viva Insights, and Planner.
  • Engage with end users via Viva Engage forums and 1:1 consultation to provide insights and solution recommendations.
  • Present ideas, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership in virtual settings.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will:

  • Aligns the strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape outcome-based product roadmap, product risk, investment areas and success measures.
  • Drives product development with ownership of backlog and actively engages cross-functional stakeholders to enable faster speed to market.
  • Manages across Enterprise users to define and deliver product performance goals (e.g., outcomes, customer experience, etc.).
  • Owns all engagement for assigned technical portfolio regarding the SDLC, e.g., adoption, collaboration.
  • Develops, analyses, monitors, and reports on performance metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Uses performance metrics to drive towards progress on identified strategies and initiatives.
  • Leverages OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive roadmap priorities

Basic Qualifications

  • Technical Product Management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools and technologies (personal or professional).
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its integration with Copilot.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate needs into actionable AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators design systems, service blueprints, and reusability
  • Technical know-how understands the product technical architecture and understands the economics of technical investments
