Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for addressing client inquiries and issues. Your responsibilities will include listening to client concerns, providing information to resolve inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll need to have 1-5 years' experience in an inbound call center or similar environment. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 1-5 years' experience in an inbound call center or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex information in layman's terms
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer and internet navigation
A drug and background screening is required for this position.
