About the role
About the Position: Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center is looking for a Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator to oversee the outpatient team in the Altus office. This position reports to the Director of Outpatient Services and oversees designing and implementing policies and procedures for outpatient clinical personnel, as well as managing and administering them. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and overseeing a clinical supervision model to ensure the fidelity of evidence-based practices, providing continuing education tailored to the clinical needs of the community and individuals served, and implementing new treatment models that align with ODMHSAS priorities.

- Annual Salary is $78,000 - $85,995 depending on certifications, licensure, and DMH service.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and
- Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision OR
- Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner
