Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of case management, including client communication, coordinating medical care, and preparing comprehensive documentation. This is a key role in our firm, and you will work closely with attorneys and other staff to ensure that our clients receive the best possible representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and attorneys in both English and Spanish
• Coordinate medical care and treatment for clients
• Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and documentation
• Draft and prepare demands, letters, and other legal documents as needed
• Monitor and manage deadlines, ensuring timely progression of cases
• Provide regular updates to clients on case status and progress
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Previous experience in personal injury case management is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
