About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product to lead the strategy, direction, and execution of our artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science product portfolio. This leader will define and drive initiatives across traditional machine learning as well as emerging areas such as LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The role requires a balance of deep technical understanding, strong product leadership, and a sharp sense of market needs to ensure our AI solutions deliver best-in-class performance and adoption. The ideal candidate is focused on the real-world impact of AI-centered solutions and will be able to appropriately adjudicate and prioritize the most meaningful implementations of AI techniques and product enhancements to deliver maximum effect. 

A Day in the Life

●      Define the overall product strategy and roadmap for AI solutions, spanning traditional ML, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI applications.

●      Improve the technical performance, scalability, and robustness of AI-driven solutions to meet enterprise-grade requirements.

●      Enhance market fit of AI products by identifying customer pain points, conducting user research, and aligning solutions with evolving industry demands.

●      Collaborate with engineering, research, and business teams to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into commercially viable products.

●      Drive experimentation, validation, and iteration cycles to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable impact.

●      Monitor the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, identifying partnership and innovation opportunities.

●      Serve as a thought leader, representing the company’s AI strategy with customers, partners, and at industry forums.

What You Need

●      10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years focused on AI/ML-driven products.

●      Proven track record in building and scaling AI/ML products, ideally including experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or agentic AI systems.

●      Strong technical foundation in data science, machine learning, and modern AI architectures.

●      Experience improving both technical performance (latency, accuracy, scalability) and market fit (usability, adoption, differentiation).

●      Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

●      Experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or other regulated domains is a plus.
