Junior Combat Systems Engineer

Join our dynamic team at ManTech International, where innovation meets excellence in the realm of advanced engineering. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Combat Systems Engineer to collaborate on cutting-edge projects involving the US Navy's Combat Systems Alignment program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provides technical and programmatic support on a wide range of activities and missions supporting Naval ship combat systems development and operation
Collects and analyzes data to monitor and track system metrics
Identifies, reports, and assists with the resolution of program issues
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a systems architectures, design, development, or test and evaluation
Travel will be required up to 10% to Norfolk, Moorestown, NJ and other sites as needed
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with US Navy AEGIS combat systems
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment.
