Are you passionate about streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and empowering sales teams to reach their full potential? As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, providing essential support to our dynamic sales team. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including order entry management, process automation, data analysis, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.Data analysis will be a core aspect of your role, as you delve into sales metrics to uncover insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making. Armed with these insights, you’ll provide coaching and training to our sales team, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. You will identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity, driving continuous improvement across the sales operations landscape.
Your collaborative nature will shine as you work closely with cross-functional teams, from marketing to finance, to optimize processes and resolve any issues impacting sales operations.
Job Description

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Order Entry Management: Efficiently process and manage orders received from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation within the sales operations workflow to increase efficiency and productivity. Implement automation solutions using relevant tools and software.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Coaching and Training: Provide guidance and coaching to sales team members on sales processes, systems usage, and best practices. Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) with accurate and relevant information. Ensure data integrity and consistency across the sales organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to streamline processes and resolve any issues impacting sales operations.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales operations processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Propose and implement process improvements as needed.
Assist Sales teams with internal communication, to ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up to customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
The base salary for this role in Colorado is $56,900-$68,800

Basic Requirements
Bachelors Degree.
1+ years previous experience in sales operations, order management, or related roles.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
