The Boeing CompanyKC-46 Support and Training is seeking an experienced Fleet Integration & Growth Program Manager to lead a team of cross-functional stakeholders in the management and integration of KC-46 fleet sustainment activities and development of new sustainment business offerings for the KC-46 platform.
The Fleet Integration & Growth Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the healthy functioning of the business in terms of execution and financial performance, building key customer and supplier relationships, and developing strategies and product offerings to maintain and grow a long-term KC-46 Support & Training services portfolio. The Program Manager will work across business units as part of a One Boeing team, partnering with multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Business Development, Estimating, and Finance. The Project Manager will directly contribute to the success of the fielding, operations, and maintenance of the KC-46 for the United States Air Force and its global allies. Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the Boeing KC-46 Fleet Integration & Growth program team in providing high-quality Product Support that meets contract requirements on time and on cost.
- Act as primary customer interface and Boeing representative for the KC-46 Organic Sustainment Support (KOSS) contract, including engineering reach back, field services, depot support, and more.
- Oversee material acquisition, planning and execution activities for post-delivery spares and repairs for the KC-46 fleet.
- Lead the development of KC-46 Support & Training program strategies, product offerings, and proposals.
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Acquire resources for organizational activities, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues and opportunities.
- Manage, develop and motivate employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, integrated logistics product support, proposal development, or engineering
- 1+ years of experience working with government or commercial aviation customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience leading or contributing to proposals for government contracts or prime sub-contracts
- Experience in implementation of Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Lean+/10X
- Experience with USAF acquisition and execution of USAF contracts
- Experience with the KC-46 Pegasus or other large, fixed wing aircraft

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $156,400 - $243,800
