Pay Rate

The typical pay for this role is:

$18.75

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

THE JOB:

As a Houseperson, you will be responsible to assist the Housekeepers for the meticulous upkeep and servicing of guestrooms, ensuring each space is immaculately presented and meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our esteemed guests. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and neat

• Clean ash urns constantly, clean and dust lamps, mirrors, pictures, etc; mop and clean all marble or tile floors in assigned area

• Deliver requested items, such as refrigerators, pillows, rollaways, cribs, etc., to guest rooms

• Empty all trash and linen from the Guest Room Attendants’ carts as needed

• Maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies to assigned lockers, and stock it

• Follow Quick Flood Response procedures, safety procedures, general clean, pull room procedures, and quarterly mattress-flipping procedure

• Clean restrooms in assigned areas, vacuum all halls, lobbies, and edges; clean all hall railings, marks on wallpaper, stairwells, and lockers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

THE SCHEDULE: Must be able to work the schedule below, including weekends and holidays.

• Shift: 3:15 PM - 12 AM

• Days off: TBD

• Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
