Job Summary
As Assistant Manager of Mobile Messaging Operations, you will play a vital role in executing dynamic mobile messaging campaigns across US. You'll ensure flawless delivery and exceptional client experiences by:

Managing end-to-end execution of mobile messaging campaigns, including proofing, testing, and QA to ensure error-free content and targeted assets

Implementing rigorous testing processes to maintain the highest standards of client communication across all devices and platforms

Partnering with internal teams including Production, Project Management, Product Marketing, and Creative to ensure seamless campaign execution

Analyzing campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities

Mentoring and guiding junior team members, including Marketing Associates
Responsibilities:

Lead execution of all Mobile Messaging (App Push, SMS) campaigns across US (60%)
-
Identify opportunities for improvement and foster cross-team collaboration (15%)

Drive change management and provide strategic support for program evolution (15%)

Lead and develop team members (10%)
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of mobile marketing operations experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce
-
2+ years of experience with mobile best practices, including segmentation and personalization
-
Experience with mobile messaging deployment platforms (e.g., Braze - preferred, Airship, Attentive)

Hands-on experience with CMS and campaign building

Strong understanding of mobile messaging campaign segmentation and analytics

Bachelor's degree

Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $63,495.00 - $84,550.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they w
