Job Description

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst works under the direction of the Dir Finance Information Systems to provide specialty services and support to assigned Finance department disciplines.  With a primary focus on business processes, identifies opportunities for system driven efficiencies in work processes.  Identifies opportunities for security level changes/access that will improve business processes.  Provides mentoring and knowledge transfer to other department staff.  Provides education and guidance to system users related to specialty areas.  Provides reporting and analysis services for internal and external customers. This position will support Finance/Supply Chain in system implementation and updates to systems, new and existing and procedures and processes. Works collaboratively with other department staff, for enhancing existing system functionality and researching emerging best practices. 

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or business related field

2. Five or more years’ experience in a HealthCare business related setting

3. Demonstrated experience in complex data management and statistical analysis

4. Demonstrated experience in interpreting, an
