The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with the Client Partnership team and Product Owner to maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships with key clients through the management of website enhancement and maintenance initiatives, and consistent delivery against the product roadmap, with limited to no supervision. This position will also help steer the Project Management practice for AEM solutions to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability by utilizing standardized project management methods, tools, processes, and project execution best practices set forth by Ansira’s Project Management Office (PMO). In addition, they will work with PMO leadership, AEM Practice Leads and Product Owners to update and enhance these processes to fit assigned client's business objectives and needs.
The Sr. Project Manager will have a proven history of building profitable relationships with clients through exceptional delivery of web application solutions, ideally within the Digital Marketing space. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a project manager in a marketing agency and has grown into a subject matter expert on project management best practices and delivery methodologies with a high level of technical aptitude, specifically as it pertains to web applications and SDLC. This will largely be an individual contributor role but may oversee and manage Project Managers or Project Coordinators depending on account growth. This role will report into the Project Director of Web/Commerce or VP of PMO.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Responsible for managing execution of client engagements with a focus on quality, budget and schedule in order to both set (i.e., plan and scope) and meet (i.e., manage) contracted requirements
• Active ownership and accountability for all assigned projects through final delivery and client sign-off, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets 
• Monitor all assigned project processes and operations for time and resource efficiencies, cost management, and process improvement opportunities
• Conduct and lead kick-off and status meetings regularly with internal teams and client stakeholders, and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders at all stages of every project; Communicate project status effectively and identify and inform of perceived risks, both internally and to the client 
• Monitor financial, resource and quality “health” of all assigned projects and recommend course corrections to mitigate issues; Provide Client Engagement leadership team regular updates on project health (schedule, scope, quality, budget, and risks), including sprint burn down reports. This may include executive level reporting and/or client status reporting.
• Develop and document project parameters including scope, schedule, budgets, specifications; create, update and monitor project schedules for all assigned projects within enterprise project & resource management tool (i.e., Workfront)
• Ensure delivery against development requirements and tasks within agile project management tool (i.e., Jira) – inclusive of collaborating with the Product Owner to document and communicate Jira workflows and SOPs; Facilitate proper quality assurance testing
• Facilitate sprint events (e.g. daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, etc.) and ensure backlog is kept current; lead creation of sprint demo/review scripts in partnership with Product Owner and Technical Architect
• Collaborate with Product Owner to develop sprint roadmaps and baseline sprint plans
• Develop and closely monitor project budgets, establish plans and p
