North America Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Description
The SUSE Global Revenue Operations team is hiring for an analyst to support North America Revenue Operations. This role involves serving as a crucial business partner to Regional Sales Leaders, guiding the strategic development and implementation of initiatives across all operational pillars: Territory & Account Planning, Pipeline Optimization, Opportunity Management, Sales Forecasting, Commission and Crediting, and Data & Analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional sales and cross-functional leadership teams, providing essential business insights to facilitate effective business management.
The NA Revenue Operations analyst is required to possess prior experience operating within a SaaS environment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of SaaS metrics, subscription-based revenue models, and the operational discipline necessary for driving sales growth and performance.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Act as a business partner and advisor to key stakeholders concerning all matters related to Revenue Operations.
Manage the end-to-end rhythm of business cadence, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business reviews.
Provide support to Sales leadership on pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, opportunity management, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate closely with FP&A on the annual planning process and lead territory management and quota setting.
Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to foster alignment and streamline sales processes.
Proactively identify sales needs and formulate strategic solutions.
Contribute significantly to the strategic direction and support sales in the adoption of critical sales applications (SFDC, Clari).
Champion the strategic adoption and integration of AI-powered tools and strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
5+ years of professional experience involving data management and analysis, driving forecasting, planning, and analytical functions.
5+ years in a Cloud, SaaS & Subscription Software environment is highly desired.
Advanced experience with SFDC, Clari, Power BI, G-Suite.
Strategic and tactical skills with great cross-collaboration abilities.
Experience implementing cross-organizational reports and dashboards.
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and team-focused.
Demonstrated solid customer service and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
