You may be ready to join us.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior Frontend Developer</strong> with deep expertise in <strong>Next.js</strong>, <strong>TypeScript</strong>, <strong>design systems implementation</strong>, and <strong>Storybook</strong>. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the frontend architecture and UI/UX consistency across our web applications. You will collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design and develop complex frontend features using <strong>Next.js</strong> and <strong>TypeScript</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Implement and maintain scalable <strong>design systems</strong> that support rapid product development and visual consistency.</p></li><li><p>Create and document reusable UI components in <strong>Storybook</strong>, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with designers to translate Figma (or equivalent) designs into production-ready code.</p></li><li><p>Optimize application performance with a focus on SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.</p></li><li><p>Conduct peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold best practices in frontend engineering.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and shape the overall data flow and architecture.</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and advocate for continuous improvements.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency with <strong>Next.js</strong> and <strong>TypeScript</strong> in production environments.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience <strong>implementing and maintaining design systems</strong> at scale.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Storybook</strong> for UI component development and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of modern HTML, CSS (including CSS-in-JS or Tailwind), and JavaScript (ES6+).</p></li><li><p>Experience working in agile development environments and using version control (Git).</p></li><li><p>Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.</p></li></ul>
