Our integrated business model maximizes capital, margin and collateral efficiencies and combines seamless post-trade services with an industry leading risk management.<br/> Within the Analytics, Pricing &amp; Collateral Developement Unit, we are responsible for conducting senior management oriented in-depth analyses to determine business drivers and opportunities while monitorting general market developments and trends. The design and maintenance of pricing models and strategic incentive schemes for both existing and new products and services fall also in our portfolio of responsibilites, while simuletaneously ensuring their successful implementation. Our tasks include regular and adhoc analytics and reportings to various internal and external stakeholders regarding volume and revenue development.<br/> We are a team of business experts focused on identifying business opportunities and solving complex problems, as well as project managers executing most important strategic initiatives. The team works in close coordination with senior management across Eurex Clearing, Eurex Repo and Deutsche Börse Group.</p> <p>We are looking for a Business Analyst who will support the design and implementation of various pricing models and strategic incentives schemes across OTC Interest Rate Derivatives, Repo Trading &amp; Clearing and Collateral.<br/> In addition you will support the development and implementation of our analytics case inlcuding the enhancement of existing reporting streams, value adding reporting models and analytics tools for the senior management (preferribly Power BI-based).</p> <p><br/> Your responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Analysis, development and implementation of pricing models and strategic incentive schemes</li> <li>Prepare and conduct communication of new pricing measures and market outreach</li> <li>Conducting detailled market and business analyses independently</li> <li>Support market analyses to identify business trends and assess business impacts for the organisation</li> <li>Preparation of senior management reporting and decision requests<br/>  </li> </ul> <p>Your profile</p> <ul> <li>University degree (or comparable qualification) with financial focus</li> <li>Analytical skills and ability to handle complex data</li> <li>Competent at handling MS Office applications, programming knowledge (Power BI, SQL, Orcale) is an advantage</li> <li>Self-motivated with an independent, self-confident and focused approach</li> <li>Focus on delivery with results-oriented and structured approach to problem-solving</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills </li> <li>Proficiency in written and spoken English and German</li> </ul>
