Looking to join a diverse team in a progressive environment? This is your opportunity to join Agilent's Process/Production team! The team plays a vital role in setting up and operating basic fabrication processes and fabricating assemblies for the Agilent product line. You'll also monitor quality and collect data for each production operation.
Responsibilities:
Perform assembly and inspection processes.
Collect and report data in compliance with Quality and ISO standards.
Maintain shop supplies and floor stock.
Maintain/replenish tools and equipment used in production processes.
Frequently lift and move units up to 40 lbs in weight to 5-foot high levels.
Perform product tests, perform material transactions, learn and support new product introductions.
Support activities within the work cell and assembly area with positive and effective results.
Understand and implement Lean Manufacturing.
Inspect build quality and test data prior to finished goods leaving the work area.
This is a DAY SHIFT position that offers FLEX TIME. Employees may choose a start time between 4:00am and 9:00am EST.

Qualifications
Required:
High School graduate or equivalent. High school-level math skills are a plus.
Previous experience in electromechanical assembly/test/inspection.
Ability to read written instructions and follow requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Dependability and availability for a variety of tasks and activities.
Preferred:
Associates (AA) degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education - experience.
Proven computer applications knowledge in Windows, XL, and Word.
Ability to read and comprehend mechanical/assembly drawings.
Demonstrated applicable technical - troubleshooting capability.
Lean Manufacturing implementation experience.
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least December 20, 2024 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $20.77 - $32.45/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
