Job Description

As a Product Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in curating an enticing and diverse product range for our online marketplace. You’ll be responsible for identifying and onboarding new suppliers, managing relationships, and ensuring our product offerings align with our innovative cashback model. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend product sourcing expertise with the dynamic world of crowdfunding and e-commerce, allowing you to directly impact the growth of our platform and the success of our fundraisers.

Responsibilities

• Scout and onboard new suppliers to expand our marketplace offerings
  
• Source products through various channels, including dropshipping and third-party suppliers
  
• Ensure all sourced products align with company guidelines for selection and pricing
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms
  
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to align product sourcing with seasonal strategies
  
• Continuously optimize our product range to enhance marketplace appeal and profitability
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and pricing strategies
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in product sourcing, preferably in an e-commerce or marketplace environment
  
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
  
• Familiarity with drop shipping models and third-party supplier management
  
• Keen eye for product trends and market demands
  
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on company guidelines
  
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple supplier relationships simultaneously
