They succeed by collaborating as a team and thrive in our company culture defined by these core values:<br/><b>Challenging Fun</b><b>ONE Team</b><b>Customer Centric</b><b>Candid and Caring</b><b>Aim High</b> <h3>Your challenge:</h3> <ul> <li>Your primary challenge will be to own the development of a self-service, cloud-based application platform</li><li>Communicate with internal stakeholders from other teams and support adopters of the platform</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Kotlin and Java, with a strong focus on Spring Boot applications.</li><li>Integrate and manage RESTful services, ensuring robust and scalable API development.</li><li>Implement unit testing and integration testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers to understand and translate product requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback in a supportive and collaborative manner to help peers improve and grow.</li><li>Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, fostering open communication and ensuring alignment with all stakeholders to achieve shared goals.</li><li>Introduce and assess creative concepts, balancing innovation with actionable outcomes to advance product and team success.</li></ul> <h3>Is this You?</h3> <ul> <li>You have proven experience in backend development with Java or Kotlin.</li><li>You have a proven track record in frontend development with Typescript and React.</li><li>You thrive on tackling complex applications and willingly dive into research when intricate algorithms and data structures are required for efficient solutions.</li><li>You have a passion for building secure Cloud SaaS applications.</li><li>Learning and sharing knowledge with others is something you genuinely enjoy.</li><li>You are fearless in taking ownership of end-to-end software engineering and operations competency.</li></ul> <h3>The tech we expect:</h3> <ul> <li>Our backend primarily employs the latest versions of Kotlin and Spring Boot (Java is fine, too.
