Job Description

H&M Portfolio Brands is looking for a Web Analyst / QA Data Layer resource.
This is a 6 Months temporary contract based in Stockholm.
 
The Portfolio Brands is part of the H&M group. Portfolio brands consist mainly of COS, & Other Stories, ARKET, Monki, Weekday.  

We are looking for a web analyst with QA focus and data layer experience to support across all the Portfolio Brands in the migration to a new E-com platform. The role will focus on QA of data layer that feeds into Tealium and then our tracking systems GA4 and DEP. Focus is to ensure good data quality of data layer, tags and tracking. It will also involve testing of Tealium implementation for GA4 & DEP. 

You will work in a fast-paced environment with all our brands to support them with their web QA needs. While our brands are responsible for their analysis and are experienced users of web data you are to make sure that we have the correct tracking in place as well as placing new demands and handling incidents with the help of BT/IT. 

Your outstanding analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities and passion for digital development are key for this role. Your knowledge of the technical part of web/digital analytics will also be important for success, and it’s beneficial if you have previous experience with web analytics within retail companies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize themselves with BT documentation on Tealium data layer implementation 
  • Have a clear understanding of detailed tracking specification for both GA4 & DEP tags 
  • Appreciate why correct tracking is important & an integral component to site developments. 
  • Debug the test site & QA tags, identifying any incorrect tracking and/or behavior. 
  • Raise JIRA tickets outlining findings and expected behavior vs actual behavior 
  • Follow up on fixes/bugs 
  • Collaborate with developers, giving clear feedback on requirements and guide implementation 
  • Liaise with web analysts to share tracking updates & potential blockers and create specs for new tracking requirements 
  • Create & maintain a monitoring testing framework to capture any broken tracking due to ongoing maintenance releases 
  • Test tags that require implementation from vendors eg CRM, Search & Merchandising, google ads etc 

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of higher education 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital analytics role 
  • Knowledge of retail and e-commerce 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and media attribution 
  • Experience from one or multiple web analysis tools (we use GA4/DEP/UA) 
  • Experience from working with setting up web analytics 
  • Previous experience with A/B Testing tools (Optimize, Optimizely etc) 
  • Previous experience with Google Data Studio 
  • Previous experience with tag assistant tools (such as ObservePoint) 
  • Experience in tag management software (Tealium) is a plus 
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills
