This role requires the individual to work onsite 3 days per week at our Global Procurement Hub in North Chicago, IL (Abbott Park, AP51). Remote is not an option for this opening.

This role is based in our Global Procurement Hub in North Chicago, IL; onsite 3 days per week. Remote work is not available for this position. 

Lead multiple high impact process improvement projects across the organization. Identify opportunities to significantly reduce operating cost and cycle time and increase efficiency and lead projects. Responsible for establishing the strategy/plan, and the processes that align and integrate efforts across multiple projects. Lead strategy sessions with teams and Senior Management. Recommend alternatives for strategies and priorities. Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
