NTT Data is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, Broadridge Impact to work with our global client in New York City (open to 100% remote with travel).
Responsibilities:
- Support a growing team within our Broadridge Impact practice by providing know-how and functional training on the platform to team members.
- Provide application support solutions for Broadridge's Impact system and assist in projects surrounding the supported applications.
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or another related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Broadridge Impact.
- Proven business analysis skill set including requirement gathering, business process mapping, problem solving, and data analysis.
- Functional knowledge of Broadridge's Impact system.
- Advanced business and data analysis, business process and application knowledge.
- Good knowledge of trade processing and settlement/clearing.
- Good knowledge of Fixed Income products.
- Ability to work autonomously within the Broadridge Impact platform.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location:
- New York City preferred.
- Open to remote with travel to NYC.
