You are the senior subject matter expert responsible for designing how the business will leverage Oracle Cloud to transform its operations.</p> <p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will lead a team of functional consultants, guide senior business leaders on best practices, and own the functional integrity of your entire solution area.</li> <li>You will be expected to apply your expertise in Project Program &amp; Portfolio Governance to establish a robust framework that ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.</li> <li>Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and steering the program through its lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.</li> <li>Your skill set should also include the ability to navigate complex project landscapes, effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and drive continuous improvement within the program.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Here's What You Need:</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience</li> <li>Experience in leading financial system implementations, particularly within the Oracle Cloud environment, will demonstrate your capability to manage complex projects.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in end-to-end financial processes, from system configuration to user training
