We’re looking for a driven and eager-to-grow individual to join our team as a Property Manager at the beautiful 1901 Belcourt Apartments—a 45-unit property with retail spaces and on-site parking in the heart of Nashville.
If you have 1-2 years of leasing experience and want to gain hands-on management experience while developing your leadership skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You’ll oversee a mix of leasing, tenant relations, retail space management, and even support hotel operations at the Moxy Nashville Vanderbilt during downtime.

No two days are the same when you're juggling property management and hotel support.Guidance & Mentorship: Work alongside our team, including feedback and support from our leadership, to help you grow.Key Responsibilities:🏡 Leasing Apartments:Be the face of the property—show apartments, handle inquiries, and seal the deal on leases.Stay on top of the local market to ensure competitive leasing rates and occupancy.🤝 Tenant & Retail Relations:Build strong relationships with residential tenants and retail businesses, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all.Manage lease renewals and assist with tenant concerns.Send out monthly newsletters and help keep the community informed and engaged.🏨 Hotel Operations Support:Provide assistance to the Moxy Hotel operations team during quiet times, gaining valuable hospitality experience.Additional Duties Include:Maintaining resident logs and managing apartment package deliveries.Coordinating with the General Manager on important legal documents and policies.Screening new tenants and processing guarantors.Overseeing apartment turnovers, ensuring vacant units and common areas are spotless.Responding promptly to maintenance requests, emails, and voicemails.
💡 What We’re Looking For:1-2 years of leasing experience and a desire to grow in property management, retail, and hospitality.A people-first mindset: strong communication and interpersonal skills are key.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to jump in where needed, including occasional evenings or weekends.Bonus: Experience with Yardi, Fossy, or other property management software (but don’t worry, we’ll train you if needed!).
