About this Position
The Securities Quality of Business Specialist obtains corrections for incoming applications including Outside Funds, 529 Plans, and Platform Accounts and Variable Annuities.Onsite training is required Monday - Friday. Once training is complete this will be a hybrid position.
The estimated salary range is: 35K - 40K
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Specialist will communicate with our field force via telephone, e-mail, and/or fax. Applications that cannot be processed will be returned to the writing Representative. Outgoing mail is tracked to ensure proper delivery. The Specialist will also perform quality control check on processed work as well as daily reconciliation to ensure all trades have been processed correctly within department standards.
Essential Functions:
Reviews trades for deficiencies (Not In Good Order or NIGO).
Communicates deficiencies to the writing agent.
Corrects trades, appends corrections to the application image, and routes image to appropriate queue.
Runs daily monitor reports and works quality control queues.
Mails applications that are not in good order to the appropriate agent and tracks UPS packages daily to ensure that they are received.
Reviews agent license status and works Bad Sales reports.
Provides training to new employees within the processing area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Familiarity with PFSI internal/external systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work overtime as needed
Excellent proof reading and analytic skills
