Registered Nurse (RN)

The Moorings at Lewes is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team!

As an RN with us, you won’t just clock in — you’ll lead with purpose, guiding LPNs and CNAs, advocating for residents, and delivering the kind of care that makes families breathe easier.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a nursing assessment on all residents upon admission.
• Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status for changes.
• Provide medications and treatment to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds and notify physicians of any changes or concerns in resident’s condition.
• Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to the Unit Coordinator.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or BSN a plus)
• Valid and current DE RN License
• CPR Certified
• 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred

**Shifts Available - Full-Time 7am - 7pm with Every Other Weekend
