The ideal candidate will bring hands-on configuration experience in HCM configuration, Recruitment, Security ,data auditing, and report writing to optimize HR systems and processes. </span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Key Responsibilities </b></span></p><p><span>HCM Configuration: </span></p><p><span>-Serve as the functional lead for Workday HCM and Recruitment. </span></p><p><span>-Review and identify gaps in current Workday Security configuration. Align it to current business needs.</span></p><p><span>-Configure and update Workday Core HCM to align with business objectives. </span></p><p><span>-Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that leverage Workday capabilities. </span></p><p><span>-Support system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and ongoing configuration optimization. </span></p><p><span>-Document system changes, maintain user guides, and provide training as needed. </span></p><p><span>-Ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot and resolve issues, as part of a team or independently. </span></p><p></p><p><span>Data Auditing &amp; Quality: </span></p><p><span>-Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external standards. </span></p><p><span>-Identify data discrepancies in employee records, organizational structures, and payroll inputs and work with stakeholders to resolve. </span></p><p><span>-Promote and follow data governance best practices. </span></p><p></p><p><span>Report Writing: </span></p><p><span>-Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards using advanced calculated fields and reporting techniques. </span></p><p><span>-Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs. </span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Qualifications</b> </span></p><p><span>• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. </span></p><p><span>• 3+ years of experience Workday configuration experience. </span></p><p><span>• End to End Project implementation experience. </span></p><p><span>• 3+ years of experience developing custom Workday reports and advanced calculated fields. </span></p><p><span>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </span></p><p><span>• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR, IT, Payroll, and external stakeholders. </span></p><p></p><p><span>Preferred Skills </span></p><p><span>• Workday HCM Certified or Workday Consulting experience preferred. </span></p><p><span>• Experience with data visualization tools and advanced reporting techniques.<br/><br/><u>Why Proofpoint</u><br/>Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.  We’re a customer-focused and a driven-to-win organization with leading-edge products.
