In this role, you’ll provide advanced technical support, tackle complex issues, and serve as a trusted resource for staff across the organization. If you enjoy helping others, solving challenging problems, and working with a wide range of technologies, we’d love to meet you.

  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, applications, and peripheral devices

  • Manage and resolve support tickets with a focus on timely follow-up and closure

  • Provide training and guidance on commonly used software applications

  • Support audio-visual and multimedia systems (e.g., Zoom, Teams, conference room tech)

  • Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and third-party solutions

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations

  • Contribute to process improvements, safety initiatives, and compliance standards

  • Manage small to mid-level projects and help implement technical solutions

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS, Industrial Technology, Business Management—or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT help desk roles

  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, and operating systems

  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, connectivity troubleshooting)

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a healthcare environment

  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ or similar)

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a mission-driven organization supporting patient care

  • Work in a collaborative, supportive IT environment

  • Gain exposure to diverse technologies and enterprise systems

  • Opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career
