We are a family of more than 100,000 merchants making it easy for our customers around the world.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b><span>About The Role</span></b><br/> </h1><p>The IAM Senior Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and guiding the strategic implementation of Identity Governance and Access Management solutions that safeguard identities against emerging threats. This role demands deep expertise in IAM technologies, scripting and development, and identity lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in developing custom integrations between target systems and leading Identity Governance solutions and automation in area of identity reconciliation.</p><p></p><h1><br/><span><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></span></h1><ul><li><p>Design and develop new integrations between IAM systems, identity sources and target applications</p></li><li><p>Provide support in operating existing implementations of Identity Governance solutions and Access Management systems</p></li><li><p>Evaluate new integration requests and provide necessary technical support throughout the integration process</p></li><li><p>Monitor and develop monitoring capabilities for Identities and IAM systems</p></li><li><p>Support root cause analysis and resolve critical identity related issues</p></li><li><p>Stay abreast of evolving cyber threats and proactively recommend enhancements to improve our digital identity capabilities</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><span><b>Technical Qualifications</b></span></h1><ul><li><p>Expertise in operating and configuring Identity Governance and Administration solutions (desired technologies: Oracle Identity Manager, Ping, SailPoint)</p></li><li><p>Experience developing integrations between IAM systems and target applications</p></li><li><p>Experience with scripting and/or programming in PowerShell, Python or Java and familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Some experience with virtualization, web servers, firewalls and Linux OS</p></li><li><p>Expertise in operating and configuring Access Management solutions (desired technologies: Ping, Okta)</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols like OIDC, OAuth 2, SAML, Kerberos</p></li><li><p>Understanding technologies like AD, LDAP, Entra ID, CyberArk</p></li><li><p>Thorough understanding of identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and access control related concepts and best practices (e.g., RBAC, least privilege principle, just-in-time access)</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><span><b>Experience And Education</b></span></h1><ul><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of experience as IAM developer/engineer</p></li><li><p>Certification in IAM tools would be a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><span><b>Desired Soft Skills</b></span></h1><ul><li><p>Exceptional analytical thinking</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in communicating technical information to business stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Work effectively in a global environment with cross-functional and diverse teams.</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail coupled with strategic oversight</p></li><li><p>Ability to proactively anticipate security and business needs, and respond swiftly with robust designs.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><span><b><b><b><b>What do we offer:</b> </b></b></b></span></h1><ul><li><p>Contract of employment</p></li><li><p><span><span>Annual bonus</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Private medical care</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p>Cafeteria Platform/Multisport</p></li><li><p
