Our Team is responsible for transaction, asset management, fund product and tax compliance related tax topics of all our business lines during the structuring process, the investor onboarding and the investment phase as well as for tax compliance matters. Our business lines include Private Equity, Private Debt, Indirect and Direct Infrastructure as well as Renewables investments.
