We’re looking for an exceptional and driven Senior Product Manager for our procurement product(s) to join our growing Product team and help Pactum scale. In this role, you will define the future of automated negotiations and solve problems for global Fortune 500 brands. We are on an exciting journey and would love for you to join us!

We are looking for someone who will:

• Help Pactum build scalable products for the world's largest procurement organisations
• Take ownership of one or more autonomous negotiation product in our portfolio:
• Create and socialize the vision and strategy of the product
• Create roadmaps and execute them effectively, working with a multi-stakeholder team
• Build your product into a strong growth driver for the company, making autonomous negotiations a standard part of how companies do business

You are likely to succeed if...

• You are genuinely motivated to work on a product that helps solve the world of negotiations
• You have extensive experience in procurement. You understand how large procurement organisations work (and speak their language), what problems they face, and what kinds of solutions would make the biggest impact to their work
• You have a strong background in building products, preferably in early stage startups or with enterprise software
• You understand what it means to work as a product manager in a startup:
• You take initiative and make things happen
• You thrive in an environment where you are encouraged to take ownership and make your own decisions, backed by data and evidence
• You are comfortable with constant change and can execute at speed
• You know how to work with constrained and changing resources, and how to make the most of them
• You are a clear communicator and can easily work with people from diverse backgrounds. You can work effectively across time zones and functions, in a remote or semi-remote workplace
