As a Senior Network Technology Support team member, you will be responsible for Network Engineering configuration and support activities for AT&T’s Enterprise Data Centers.  You will perform lifecycle management functions to deliver enhancements that span multiple platforms and technology environments.  You will integrate, update and support new technologies in enterprise data center networks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide network engineering support

• Provide configuration services for network switching and routing infrastructure in enterprise data center environments

• Works closely with project teams consisting of Design & Architecture, Planning, Project management, Technician teams on specific solution designs and implementations

• Maintain and upgrade the enterprise network infrastructure

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience

• 3+ years’ experience in network technologies including infrastructures (switching and routing, etc.)

• 3 years’ experience in provisioning in Enterprise Class Data Center environments

• Experience in formal change control procedures, strict adherence to change control methodologies, network configuration and compliance standards

Desired Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Sciences or Operations preferred

Desired Certifications:

• Certification in network technologies is preferred

Environmental Requirements:

This position may be responsible for contributing to ATT compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Our Senior Network Technology Support earns between $105,600 - $158,400 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
